Flat Enamelled Copper Conductor

Flat enamelled copper conductor is the standard solution for winding designs that need high fill factor with thin insulation. The coating is a polyesterimide base with a polyamide-imide topcoat; supplied to IEC 60317-0-2 Class 200 (N), 2.00–16.00 mm width and Grade 1-2-3 build options. Conductor material is electrolytic copper (Cu-ETP, 99.9%); cross-section roughly 1.50–90.00 mm²; shipped with IEC 60851 test report and EN 10204 3.1 certificate on request.

Kraft Paper Insulated Flat Copper Conductor

Kraft paper insulated flat copper conductor is a core element of oil-filled power transformer windings. Cellulosic kraft paper is helically wrapped at a defined layer count with 50% overlap; referenced to IEC 60554, Class 105 (A), in 2–16 mm sizes with 2–12 layer insulation options. Conductor is Cu-ETP 99.9% electrolytic copper; shipped on moisture-barrier film-wrapped reels with EN 10204 3.1 and paper conformity declaration on request.

Flat Glass Fibre Insulated Copper Conductor

In glass-fibre insulated conductors, insulation is formed by double-braiding fine glass yarn around the conductor and impregnating it with a thermally cured resin. Class 180 (H), referenced to IEC 60317, compatible with VPI and dip impregnation; flat copper (Cu-ETP 99.9%) winding conductor in 2.00–16.00 mm widths. Double glass braid typically adds 0.35–0.50 mm build; the hard, abrasion-resistant shell suits large motors, generator windings and industrial reactors. Shipped with IEC 60851 test report.
