Zinc-Phosphate Pretreatment

Chemical pretreatment is based on zinc phosphate coating, with iron phosphate as alternative. Şahan uses this pretreatment before the powder lines. ISO 9001 has certified quality-at-source since 2007. Coating weight is set to part geometry.

Powder Coated Aluminium Profiles

The electrostatic powder coating line uses the RAL colour range and high-quality paint brands, with normal and texture surface options. Coating capacity is stated as 15,000 tons/year. 6000 series aluminium profiles are coated using well-known surface-treatment paint suppliers. Powder coating runs in the same integrated plant as extrusion and anodizing, so custom and project profiles can be delivered with this finish.
