About

Şahan Electrostatic Powder Coating facilities were established in 1986, served in Torbalı-Izmir between 1994-2008, and in the meantime established a second plant in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone. Four powder-painting lines on 15,000 m2 closed and 24,000 m2 total area give 600 m2 per hour capacity. The four automatic painting lines are based on spray pretreatment with tunnel-type drying and curing ovens. Painting is mainly applied with automatic guns, and also manual applications where needed. Chemical pretreatment is based on zinc phosphate, with iron phosphate as alternative. ISO 9001 was certified in 2007. Electrostatic powder coating is widely used in white goods, automotive, electronics, heating, cooling, cast parts and other metal appliances.
