Solar Steel StructureArchitectural free-form steel is delivered design-build. Curved roof and façade geometry is applied on references such as Al Rashid Mall (Abha). Structural design is in-house. The Free-Form Steel Structures product is supplied in this scope from the plant. Two plants totalling 34,000 m² at Polatlı OSB 212nd Street No:5 fabricate 16,000 tons/year to EN 1090 EXC3 and EN ISO 3834-2; more than 650 design-build projects are completed.

Space Frame Structures
Solar Steel StructureSpace frames use pipes and bolted spheres; they are lighter than conventional steel, need no site welding and shorten fabrication and erection. They have been used on 650+ airport, stadium and industrial roof projects. The Space Frame Structures product is supplied in this scope from the plant. Solar Steel StructureSolar carport systems for airports, shopping centres, hospitals and similar sites are project-specific steel structures with high strength and corrosion resistance. The single-vehicle system holds 6 modules (about 3.5–4 kWp); the double-vehicle system holds 10 modules (about 6–6.5 kWp), in zinc-magnesium-aluminium coated steel. The modular layout scales from one bay to large parking areas and is compatible with EV charging infrastructure.

Solar Steel StructureGround-mounted systems are fastened by ramming, drilling or assembling on concrete, with landscape or portrait module orientation. Piles, beams and purlins are Magnelis, PosMAC or black sheet with HDG. Fasteners are stainless A2-70, Geomet or electro-galvanized; clamps are aluminium EN AW 6063-T6. C, U, Z, Sigma C+ and Sigma+ sections are produced with up to 4,000 tons of steel per month for ground optimization, wind and snow resistance and modular expansion.

Carport Systems
Solar Steel StructureCarport systems for commercial or residential use are made of black steel with HDG or static powder coating, sized from site load conditions. Modules may be landscape or portrait and are compatible with varied PV panels. The structure supports EV charging, vehicle protection, waterproofing and cable management channels. Steel supply is up to 4,000 tons per month, supporting up to 100 MWp for ground and carport mounting, with quick installation and optional colours.
