Pressure Vessels ProductOSBK series fire-tube steam boilers for liquid and gas fuels, designed as international Scotch type. Produced up to 30 t/h steam capacity and 20 bar working pressure; manufacturing and quality control comply with 2014/68/EU and EN 12953. Special boiler plate and seamless steel boiler tubes are used, the furnace is corrugated, and each unit is radiographically inspected and hydrostatically tested. Economizer and superheater are optional and it can be supplied as a package unit.

Pressure Vessels ProductOKSK series high-pressure superheated water boilers: liquid and gas fired, three-pass, fire-tube, Scotch type. Capacity 120 kW – 25,000 kW (100,000 – 20,000,000 kcal/h), maximum operating temperature 200 °C and pressure 20 bar. Manufactured to 2014/68/EU and EN 12953 using EN10216-1 / P235GH seamless boiler tubes and certified EN10028 P235GH, P295GH, P355GH and P355NH plate. Superheater and economizer versions are available on request.

The boiler body consists of membrane walls manufactured tube-fin-tube with full penetration on an automatic panel welding machine. They are designed to EN 12952, ASME Section I or other standards requested by the customer.
