Drying and curing ovens are one of the most important stages in coating processes. They dry or cure the paint or coating on processed parts at the required temperature and time, which directly affects durability, adhesion and surface quality. Features: even temperature distribution via specially designed air ducts, modern safety to CE standards, improved insulation and energy-saving design, customisable solutions. Models: belt ovens for continuous serial production, box-type ovens in adjustable sizes, immersion-type ovens for metal heat treatment, tunnel and U-turn continuous ovens, stepped ovens, IR ovens with short-wave infrared, and high-temperature non-stick curing ovens (300–600°C). Digital control units provide precise temperature control; accumulated dirty air is exhausted automatically.
