Panel Mounting ProfileC profile is a cold-formed steel section named for its C-shaped web and used in industrial and structural work. DGN Profil makes it with web (W) 40–400 mm, flanges (F1/F2) 35–100 mm, lips (L1/L2) 13–30 mm and thickness (T) 1.5–4 mm. Steels are black S235–S500, pregalvanized ALUZINC S350GD/S420GD-Z275 and Magnelis S350GD–S450GD ZM310/ZM350. Galvanized coating plus cut-to-length and bending serve solar mounting, roof-facade, prefab, racking and steel construction.

Roof Solar Carrier SystemRoof systems for trapezoidal and sandwich roofs are fastened with standard roof screws. Rails and clamps are aluminium EN AW 6063-T6; fasteners stainless A2-70; brackets stainless 304 and aluminium EN AW 6063-T6; sealing is EPDM. Module orientation is landscape or portrait.
