Bolts
Fittings ProductStandard bolts to DIN-ISO-ANSI standards and special bolts to customer samples and technical drawings are produced by cold forging. Production capacity covers diameters from M3-Ø3 to M20-Ø22 and lengths from 7 mm to 160 mm. Raw material is sourced to ISO EN 10263 and processed on 3- to 6-station horizontal cold forging presses and 27 thread rolling machines.

Studs
Fittings ProductThe stud production line produces studs to DIN-ISO-ANSI standards and to customer technical drawings. Raw material is calibrated to the required diameter on 3 wire drawing machines with Ø25 mm, Ø14 mm and Ø12 mm capacity and zinc phosphate coated in an 8-station plant. Parts are formed on cold forging presses and thread rolling machines.
