Adhesive Dispensing Equipment ProductValco Melton’s EcoStitch electric gun series is for high-speed lines, high cycle rates and long service life. The valve can reach 3000 cycles/min in continuous running and is rated to 300 million cycles. An integrated filter is in the dispenser; it is compatible with industry-standard hoses and tanks. Modular design allows quick change and different valve layouts. A ceramic seat and carbide-tipped pump mount cut wear; a solenoid valve gives accurate glue lengths at high speed.
