On its own land it grows cherry tomato, pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, Brussels sprouts, Granny Smith apple and Williams pear. It can supply GLOBAL GAP orange, lemon, mandarin, fig, pomegranate, melon and tomato. The Salihli plant feeds this raw material to the IQF line. The planting plan follows the export contract.

The Salihli/Manisa plant has 2 IQF and 2 static tunnels at 20,000 mt/year. Mevsim Gıda has processed fruit and vegetables since 1993. 65% of production is sold to the EU. Product is frozen to the IQF tunnel programme.

Organic production started in 2005 has grown 100%. EU Organic, TR Organic, USDA Organic and ECOCERT certificates exist. The Salihli OSB plant packs organic specialty items with the conventional line. Lots are released to the organic certificate trail.
