Oil-cured black olives are flavoured in brine then oil is added. Giral does this at the Akhisar plant. Halal is certified. Salt rate follows the recipe. Brine Production is made at the Sülaymanlı OSB plant.

Olives arriving at the plant are processed with advanced technology. Natural fermentation uses traditional stone-press methods. The Akhisar Sülaymanlı OSB plant is ISO 22000:2018 certified. The process is set to black/green type.

Çolban Zeytincilik was founded in 1992 to process table olives. The plant processes 2,600 tons of olives per year on 6,500 m² open and 3,200 m² covered area.

Lezzet Zeytin manufactures, stores, processes and packs black and green olives at its Akhisar Olive Specialized OSB plant (2,400 m² covered, 4,500 m² total, 5,000 tons/year). On 100 hectares it grows Domat, Edremit and Trilye under Good Agricultural Practices.
