Arcem Cement and Mineral Additives
Arcem series products are cement and mineral additives. In cement plants they provide one or more of grinding aid (capacity increase), quality increase (strength increase), chromium reduction and pack-set prevention. Grinding aids list ARCEM FINE and ARCEM MINERAL series. Pack-set preventers and chromium-reducing cement additives are published as separate headings on the brand page.
Arstep Plasticizer Concrete Admixtures
Arstep series admixtures are water-reducing / plasticizing admixtures used in ready-mixed concrete production, lowering the water/cement ratio and increasing strength. There are summer versions that increase slump retention and retard set, and winter versions that accelerate set. Mid-range plasticizers list ARSTEP EXTRA 100, 200, 300 and 400 series; superplasticizers list ARSTEP EXTRA 500 through 1000 series on the brand page. The published application is ready-mixed concrete production.
Degaset New-Generation Superplasticizers
Degaset series admixtures are new-generation superplasticizer high-performance concrete admixtures. They are used in high-performance ready-mixed and precast production and large projects, reducing the water/cement ratio substantially and increasing early and final strength. Summer versions increase slump retention and retard set; winter and precast versions accelerate set for early demoulding. DEGASET AS 1000–3000, AX 1000–6000 and PC 7000–9000 series are published on the brand page.
