Electric Arc Furnaces
VECA STEEL designs, manufactures and supplies meltshop equipment and turnkey plants. Main meltshop products are electrical arc furnaces, ladle furnaces, continuous casting machines, fume dedusting systems, material handling, VD/VOD/AOD, submerged arc furnaces and S.V.C. Auxiliaries include DRI/HBI continuous feeding, scrap buckets and bucket cars, ladles and ladle cars, tundish cars, ladle turrets, electrode arms, combined burner systems and scrap pre-heating. Meltshops are built with arc furnace or induction furnace according to the investor’s requirement.
Rolling Mill Equipment
VECA STEEL designs, manufactures and supplies rolling mill equipment from furnace to packing and bundling. Rolling bar mill items include horizontal and vertical mill stands (housingless / classical), convertible mill stands, universal profile mill stands, rolling gearboxes, pinch rolls, shafts and shaft holders, couplings, vertical and horizontal loopers, rolling guides, crop shears, flying shears, quenching systems and cooling beds. Packing and bundling covers cold shears, exit roller ways, chain transfers, binding machines and straightener machines.
Fume Dedusting Systems
Fume dedusting is listed among VECA STEEL meltshop main products together with electrical arc furnaces, ladle furnaces and continuous casting machines. The company designs, manufactures and supplies equipment for meltshop, rolling mill and ferro alloy plants as well as turnkey solutions. Ferro alloy plants also receive fume dedusting, water cooling, additive material handling, casting systems and electrical and automation systems. Dedusting equipment is manufactured in the Karabük workshops according to the meltshop or ferro alloy layout.

Turnkey Meltshop Plants
VECA STEEL carries out procurement, commissioning and operation of the technological equipment required for turnkey meltshops with arc furnace or induction furnace, manufacturing the equipment in its Karabük workshops according to the investor’s requirement. Completed turnkey projects and plant renovation services include Oman, Jordan, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkmenistan, Romania and Iran. Meltshop lines are installed with electrical arc furnaces, ladle furnaces, continuous casting machines and related auxiliaries.
Steel Construction Fabrication
The steel construction workshop includes welding machines, machine tools, sawhorse and drill machine. In the painting workshop, materials coming from the machine shop and steel construction shop are painted. Welding, grinding, machining and assembly are carried out in the closed production area of 2538 m². Project steel fabrication for meltshop, rolling mill and ferro alloy plant equipment is manufactured in the Karabük workshops.
Machine Shop Manufacturing
Welding, grinding, machining and assembly are carried out in the closed production area of 2538 m². In the electrical workshop, distribution panels, compensation panels, MCC panels, PLC panels and control tables are manufactured for meltshop, rolling mill and ferro-alloy projects. VECA STEEL designs, manufactures and supplies equipment and plants for meltshop, rolling mill and ferro alloy as well as turnkey solutions, producing the equipment in its Karabük workshops to the investor’s requirement.
