SKU DLM-VOL-8NZ-3000. The 8-nozzle volumetric filling machine fills liquid products of different viscosities from liquid to cream and jelly with precision. High capacity: 2500–3000 pcs/hour (for 1000 ml bottles). Accuracy +/- 0.003 g. Nozzles adjustable to bottle height. Frame AISI304 stainless; product-contact parts AISI316L and AISI304. Automatic dual-side and cylinder bottle labeling machine capacity 4000–5000 labels/hour. Label size length 20–240 mm, width 20–450 mm. Labeling type: precise labeling with servo system and sensors. Rotary Vacuum Filling and Capping ROT-VAC-001
The rotary vacuum filling and capping machine performs precise, reliable filling and capping of perfume and similar products quickly. Filling capacity 1500 pcs/hour (for 100 ml bottles). Filling range 30–300 ml. AISI304 stainless frame and AISI316L and AISI304 materials provide durability and hygienic filling.
