Air Spring Metal Piston
Metal piston group for leading domestic and foreign air spring manufacturers. All basic manufacturing processes such as sheet metal preparation, mold manufacturing, metal forming, welding, surface coating and sealing tests are carried out in-house at SKE, and the product range keeps growing in line with customer needs.
Air Spring Plate and Sub-Cup
Metal plate and sub-cup groups for air springs. The highest achievable quality is targeted in their production; operations focused on quality, delivery performance and efficiency use best-in-class equipment for press forming, welding, surface coating and sealing tests.
Commercial Vehicle Passenger Seat Metal Frame
Welded metal assemblies for the commercial vehicle systems industry, including metal frames of seating systems for buses and trains. Customers are globally operating Tier 1 suppliers. Sheet metal preparation, press line, machining, tool making, welding and bending are all carried out in-house.
Services
Tool Making
Design and manufacture of tools and fixtures for passenger seat and suspension metal components. Special stamping tools and progressive tools are designed and produced in-house; CNC machines also handle pipe bending and machining, including bending of pipe frames of varying diameters.
Press Line / Stamping
Press operations ranging from 125 tons up to 450 tons for forming passenger seat and air spring metal components. Starting from sheet preparation, the process runs with special and progressive tools designed and built in-house, on lines compliant with IATF 16949 for automotive series production.
Robotic, MAG and TIG Welding
Welding of steel and stainless steel metal components: MAG welding robots, spot welding, semi-automatic and manual MAG and TIG welding. Welded assemblies are produced for commercial vehicle seat frames and air spring components, with welding penetration tests carried out in the in-house laboratory.
