Şener Tekstil Makina has produced textile dyeing and finishing machines in Istanbul since 1989. It designs, manufactures, installs turnkey and services open-width bleaching and washing, desizing-scouring and cold bleach, jigger dyeing, indigo dyeing, cylinder drying, sanfor, transfer printing and coating machines, plus caustic recovery plants.
It states it was the first in Turkey to produce many of these finishing machines. Besides manufacturing, it represents worldwide suppliers focused on the dyeing and finishing sector.

Indigo Dyeing Range

Coating Machine

Sanfor / Shrinkage Machine
The sanfor is designed for shrinkage and hand on woven, knit and denim. The rubber-belt unit has a chrome main cylinder and Dunline blankets. Palmer cylinders are 1,800, 2,000 or 2,500 mm; PLC touch panel and AC-drive synchronisation are specified.

Turnkey Finishing Line
Design, manufacture, turnkey installation and after-install service are the backbone of the corporate sentence. Continuous bleach, sanfor, indigo and coating lines are in that package. Production has been in Istanbul since 1989.
Caustic Recovery Project
Caustic recovery plants are produced for environmental awareness and cost competition. A 2015 notice says the recovery plant benefits both environment and customer. It is integrated into the dyeing-finishing mill.
Textile Machine Service
After-install technical service is a corporate service. Turkey agencies of other finishing-sector makers are tied to the same service. On PLC sanfor lines, process parameters are run from a touch panel.
