As the flagship of our group of companies, PROTAP provides repair, maintenance and revision services on operating oil, gas, petrochemical and water pipelines and facilities, and specialises in the production and supply of the materials and services required for them. It has been successfully providing Hot-Tap and Linestop solutions since 2008. Our experience covers hot-tap and linestop operations on natural gas, oil, petrochemical and water pipelines. Besides pipelines, we also work on storage tanks, pressure vessels, chemical reactors and many other industrial facilities. We also manufacture the connections, equipment and accessories required for Hot-tap and Linestop operations. We can perform turnkey Hot-tap and Linestop operations (including in-service welding, cold cutting and similar services) on pipelines up to 42" diameter and ANSI Class 600 pressure rating, as well as on tanks. We also provide cold cutting and pipeline repair with steel clamps or composite materials. Our main customer groups are oil, gas and water transmission and distribution line operators and refinery and petrochemical plant operators. Thanks to our international structure, we operate in many countries from Iraq to Spain and from Nigeria to the UAE. As the only company in the region that manufactures its own fittings while also providing turnkey service, we are known for fast response and problem-solving. Our head office is in Başakşehir, Istanbul and our factory is in Darıca, Kocaeli.
