6060/6063/6082 aluminium extrusion parts for linear LED channels, track spot housings and pendant luminaires with diffuser clip grooves, cable slots, 45° mitres and mounting lugs. High-purity nitrogen gives oxide-free edges ready for anodising or powder coat, cut with scratch-safe pneumatic clamping.
Fish-Mouth and Drilled Tube Parts
Round steel, stainless and aluminium tubes from Ø10 mm to Ø220 mm with fish-mouth intersection geometry, mounting holes, slot cut-outs and mitre cuts. High-purity nitrogen/oxygen assist gas yields burr-free edges ready for weld or assembly without grinding. Maximum length 6500 mm.
Interlocking Mortise Box Profile Parts
Mount-ready square and rectangular box-profile parts from 15x15 mm to 200x200 mm with mortise-and-tenon interlocking tabs. Parts are cut with a 3D capacitive tracking head that senses corner radii, reducing welding fixtures and jigs for machinery frames, chassis and furniture structures.

Tube Laser Cutting
Fish-mouth joints, mounting holes, spiral/angled hole and slot patterns on Ø10–Ø220 mm round tube on a 6500 mm auto-feed bed. Carbon steel, AISI 304/316 and aluminium (5083/6060/6082), contract cutting on customer stock or turnkey with material supply. Positioning accuracy ±0.05 mm.
Complementary Contract Fabrication & Assembly
Turnkey contract work after laser cutting: CNC press-brake bending, MIG/TIG frame welding, tapping, countersinking and powder coating. Bolt holes, flange cut-outs and ±45° 3D bevel weld preparations on HEA/HEB and NPI/NPU structural sections; quality-checked shipment from cut to assembly under one roof.
Box Profile Laser Cutting
12 kW CNC fiber laser length cutting, holes, slots and interlocking tenons on 15x15–200x200 mm square/rectangular box profiles. 3D capacitive head tracks corner radii; wall thickness up to 12 mm on ST37–ST52 and 8 mm on stainless. Quote from DXF/STEP/IGES in about 30 minutes; shipment typically 24–48 hours after approval.
