Sectional Warper (PRO-SMARTCON)
Sectional warpers are mostly used for the production of warps for weaving with color repeats. The PRO-SMARTCON is designed and suitable for the production warps with highest quality for high-speed weaving machines and the production of high quality fabrics. The sectional warper of PRO-SMH is available for staple fiber, filament as well as for technical fibers.
Direct Warper
PRO-SMH Direct warper and beaming machines are the key for high efficiency during the subsequent processes due to its perfect control of the yarn tension. We are able to provide machines with a speed up to 1.200 m/min and a beam diameter up to 1.400 mm. PRO-SMH warper and beaming machines are available for staple fiber, filament, glass fiber and other technical yarns.
SMH i-SIZING Sizing Range
To ensure or even increase the efficiency in the weaving process the sizing machine has the biggest impact. The SMH i-SIZING range of PRO-SMH with its sophisticated process and tension control can be a game changer for you as well. The SMH i-Sizing machine is available as one-box as well as two-box machine and can be combined with a wide variety of dryers. Different types of size boxes are available: PS-D as classic double dip, double nip mostly used for very heavy yarns, PS-N as highly efficient size box with one spray line combined with one classic path of dipping and nipping. Furthermore, based on the PS-N design our most modern box PS-W with pre-wetting device can be offered.

Modernization & Upgrading
By upgrading or modification it is very often possible to bring your existing machine to a level close to the performance of new ones. Spare parts, especially electronic units, are no longer available and very often also threatening a reliable production. We competently advise you what can be done in order to improve your machine in a professional way, especially upgrading drive systems with high-efficiency motors, upgrading software to Industry 4.0 standard, and adding dye or wash boxes to increase capacity. A very well trained and experienced team of engineers will take care about your project from A to Z, especially taking care about shortest possible production break, in a professional manner.
Textile Machine Installation & Service
All our machines do have a sophisticated fault management system which gives full report on any fault in written form so that the operator can easily figure out what has to be done to solve the problem. If for any reason this is not possible our specialists are available to help via tele-service system which each machine has as a standard feature. PRO-SMH is a very service-oriented company serving our valued customers with high-quality spare parts as well as technical and technological support. In our centralized stock we permanently hold available for you many wear and tear parts as well as other mechanical, electrical & electronic parts. Apart from parts for our own machine we also have available a huge number of parts suitable for machines made by former SUCKER-MÜLLER-HACOBA company in Germany and other makers.
