Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine
Hanger type shot blasting machine for homogeneous cleaning of recessed, protruding, heavy and complex-geometry parts and surface preparation before painting or coating. It can be custom built in any size up to 5 m height and 10 tonnes load. Used in steel forging, springs, agricultural machinery, automotive supply, pressure vessels such as LPG and fire extinguisher cylinders, radiators and castings, and for cleaning after steel, ductile and grey iron casting.
Continuous Shot Blasting Machine
Continuous shot blasting machine for steel plates and profiles, able to run in line with automatic painting systems for plates and all kinds of sections. Custom built in any size from 1200 mm to 3500 mm width and from 500 mm to 1500 mm height. Used in shipbuilding and tank manufacturing, steel drawing and straightening, steel structures, boiler, container and steel cabin manufacturing.
Tumble Shot Blasting Machine
Tumble shot blasting machine that batch-cleans dirt, rust, burrs and oxides from small and medium-sized cast, forged or heat-treated parts. TKM-1 model: drum diameter 550 mm, drum width 900 mm, drum capacity 250-300 kg, one direct-coupled 400 mm turbine, total power 34 kW. Can be built in the required dimensions.
