Belt Conveyors (PVC)
Belt conveyors are built to the required dimensions and use. Belt options include PVC, grip (cleated), PU, silicone, Teflon, food-grade, fabric-grip and rubber. Besides straight lines they are used to lift cartons and sacks from basement to ground or upper floors. Frames are painted, stainless steel or aluminium. Types include 30°–45°–90°–180° curves, straight and inclined lines, assembly lines and elevator-type conveyors.
Sorter Systems
Sorter systems are designed as intelligent sortation integrated with automation software for order infeed and outbound distribution. Warehouses and end-of-line systems need sorting to induct and distribute goods faster. Available automatic sortation includes pop-up, roller diverters and crossbelt, for low and high order volumes. Sectors listed: e-commerce, cargo and logistics warehouses, footwear, pharmaceuticals, automotive and retail.
Telescopic Conveyors
Telescopic conveyors load and unload cartons, sacks, tyres and similar goods that are loaded without being tied down in about half the time. Extending and retracting, they reach into the depth of trucks, lorries and vans. Options include a hydraulic piston, raised belt transfer, operator platform, high chassis for the loading situation, extra head lamp, roller conveyor for loading, side guards, tail conveyor, density sensor and audible buzzer.

Installation, First Production and Training
Machine deliveries also include installation, first production and training. Turnkey conveyor projects are installed on site. Assembly-line conveyors in PVC belt, modular belt or roller form are used so in-plant production runs more orderly and faster. First production and operator training are given together at handover.
Custom Conveyor Manufacturing
Manufactured conveyors are designed in 3D CAD and built on high-technology machine tools. Production stages are welded fabrication, machining, paint and the automation system, completed by specialist staff. Manufacturing is to each requirement; assembly-line conveyors are built as PVC belt, modular belt or roller types to the requested dimensions.
After-Sales Service
Manufactured products are guaranteed; if a problem occurs the customer is not left alone and consultancy continues. The same attention is given after the sale as before. Work is carried out so that the service the customer receives is not interrupted; after-sales service and a specialist team are stated as part of the offer.
