About
MİKSAN Motor Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. took its first step into the motor industry in 1977 as a small workshop in Hasköy, producing squirrel-cage asynchronous motors in the 71 frame size. By rapidly expanding its product range, the company began manufacturing boron-oil circulation pumps in 1982—securing a substantial share in the domestic market—and, most recently in 2003, started producing vibration motors. In the same year, MİKSAN established its second factory in Bulgaria, continuing its growth trajectory.
Today, MİKSAN manufactures its products at its Istanbul Beylikdüzü factory using the latest technology. The product range includes three-phase asynchronous motors from frame size 56 to 132, single-phase permanent capacitor asynchronous motors up to frame size 90, pumps, burner motors, vibration motors, as well as motors with special shafts and special flanges. Our products are exported worldwide, in addition to serving the domestic market.
Our fundamental principle is to meet customer needs as quickly as possible without compromising quality. All our products undergo the quality control tests prescribed by the Turkish Standards Institution (TSE) and comply with TSE norms. They are also manufactured in accordance with DIN and IEC standards, as well as CE directives.

Electric Vibration Motors
Miksan has produced vibration motors since 2003. At Beylikdüzü it manufactures electrical vibration motors from 0.2 kN to 90.2 kN in 2-, 4-, 6- and 8-pole versions. Casings from VA to VE series are high-alloy aluminium; higher centrifugal-force VE to VL series use nodular cast iron (GGG 50). Micro vibration motors reach up to 60 kgf (0.58 kN), with cast-aluminium body, adjustable centrifugal force, IP65, insulation class F, S1 duty and −15 °C to +40 °C ambient. Standard supply is 230 V single-phase or 230 Δ/400 Y V three-phase, 50–60 Hz.
Explosion-Proof Electric Motors
MIKSAN EX and FX series explosion-proof motors are produced in frame sizes 56–132. The catalogue and website list types from 56 2A EX to 132M 2C EX, plus single-phase ex-proof certificates and EX series 112-frame documents. Products are manufactured to IEC/DIN/TSE rules and CE directives; ATEX/ex-proof certificate packs are published under technical documents.
Three-Phase Asynchronous Electric Motors
MIKSAN manufactures three-phase general-purpose squirrel-cage asynchronous motors from frame size 56 to 132. Motors are designed to IEC and DIN norms and TSE standards and carry CE marking. Terminal boxes are aluminium from frame 90 upward and plastic on smaller frames; end shields are aluminium alloy, fitted tightly to the housing. Rotors are packed from low-watt-loss silicon steel and aluminium die-cast to form the short-circuit rings.

Burner Motor Manufacturing
The product range includes burner motors. They are produced within the general-purpose asynchronous family (three-phase frames 56–132, single-phase up to 80) to IEC, DIN and TSE, with CE marking. The catalogue also notes special shaft and flange variants for burner applications.
Custom Shaft and Flange Motor Manufacturing
Besides standard asynchronous motors, MIKSAN manufactures motors with special shafts and special flanges. Shafts are machined from engineering steel to specified dimensions; non-standard shaft sizes are made on request. End shields carry the bearing seats and can be custom-designed. Single-phase motors house a permanent-split capacitor in the terminal box.
Coolant and Immersion Pump Manufacturing
Since 1982 MIKSAN has manufactured boron-oil circulation / immersion pumps. The family includes open- and closed-impeller pumps, peripheral vane pumps, plastic pumps, self-priming and inline pumps, axial-impeller and cutting-blade pumps, vortex and non-clogging impeller pumps, and CP EX / EP EX explosion-proof pumps. The PPS series is designed for medical applications, welding machines, refrigeration and air-conditioning. Pumps are made at Beylikdüzü to IEC/DIN/TSE and CE.
