Founded in 1982, Mikron Makina carries out high-quality production using machining methods. The company manufactures for the Electronics, Automotive Supply and Medical sectors with state-of-the-art machine tools. It operates 3 production facilities in Ankara with 10,000 m² of covered and 8,000 m² of open area and a machine park of more than 100 technological machine tools. Holding ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems, Mikron Makina produces FDA-approved medical implants. With 4 CMM machines and all necessary quality control equipment, inspections are performed at every stage of production, and quality control records are kept in corporate memory with Canias ERP. Assembly, helicoil insertion and micro deburring of medical implants under 10X microscopes are also offered.
