TM650 Thermoforming Machine
Mikformen TM650 is 11.00 m long and 2.60 m high; weight is 12,000 kg (4 stations) or 10,500 kg (3 stations). Max. sheet width is 700 mm (+40 mm stretching), thickness 0.2–1.5 mm, max. mold area 690×450 mm. Materials: PET, CPET, PP, PVC, PS, OPS, PLA. Dry-run speed 80 cycles/min, heaters 84 kW, installed power 120–130 kW, vacuum pump 100 m³.
TM800 Thermoforming Machine
TM800 is 11.50 m long, 2.75 m wide including the electrical cabinet and 2.85 m high; weight 14,500 kg (4 stations) or 13,500 kg (3 stations). Max. sheet width 840 mm (+60 mm stretch), thickness 0.2–3.0 mm, max. mold area 800×600 mm. Dry-run 75 cycles/min, forming force 60,000 daN, heaters 110 kW, vacuum 200 m³; control unit Beckhoff.
TM900 Thermoforming Machine

Mikformen offers turnkey installation. Manufacturing is in a 3,000 m² plant in central Istanbul, with a design, manufacturing and service team. TM-series machines process PET, CPET, PP, PVC, PS, OPS and PLA sheet.
