Facade Panel
Facade panels and facade accessories are among Metkom's product groups for the construction sector. Aluminium and composite sheets are optimised to the most suitable sheet size from computer drawings on a double-station CNC grooving machine and prepared by grooving, sizing and all kinds of motif processing. The company has carried out aluminium sheet work on projects such as Istanbul Airport, Kartal State Hospital and Yedi Mavi Residences.
Electrical and Electronic Device Boxes
Electrical and electronic device boxes are among Metkom's product groups. The boxes are made to the required dimensions from stainless, aluminium, galvanized and black sheet using CNC fiber laser cutting and CNC press brake bending; welded joining and electrostatic powder coating give a long-lasting, easy-to-clean surface with a wide choice of colours. Laser cutting allows low-cost production of small batches in a short time without the need for moulds.
Generator Chassis & Cabinets
Generator chassis and cabinets are part of Metkom's product groups and are produced on the company's sheet processing line. Stainless, aluminium, galvanized, black and HRP sheet is cut on a 6 kW CNC fiber laser with a 2000 x 4000 mm cutting area and on a CNC guillotine, bent on CNC press brakes to the required dimensions and angles, joined by argon and MIG welding and finished with electrostatic powder coating. The company serves the generator and transformer sector.

CNC Press Brake Bending
The CNC press brake workshop is a sheet forming workshop that bends sheet metal raw material into the desired form. Metal products are shaped by pressing between two dies on CNC press brake machines. Bending of stainless, aluminium, galvanized, black and HRP sheet is carried out for all kinds of industrial products within capacity, in the required dimensions and angles, by expert staff.
CNC Fiber Laser Cutting
The laser cutting machine, installed for high-precision and fast cutting, has 6 kW power and a 2000 x 4000 mm cutting area. Laser cutting saves on fixtures and moulds, is more economical than machining, and offers burr-free cutting with minimum roughness, minimum waste and no deformation since there is no contact with the material. Prototypes and small batches are produced quickly and at low cost without moulds.
CNC Composite Grooving and Sizing
On the in-house double-station CNC grooving machine, composite sheets are optimised to the most suitable sheet size using computer drawings, reducing the margin of error to zero. Composite grooving, sizing and all kinds of motif processing are carried out around the clock, 24/7, by expert staff.
