CNC-Bent Sheet Parts
CNC sheet bending is offered with Bystronic CNC press brakes. The machine park includes Xpert 80 and Xpert Pro 200 press brakes. About states that customers are served with Bystronic 2D lasers and CNC press brakes. Basic principles are quality, service, on-time delivery and fair price.
Welded Sheet Assemblies
Welded-part manufacture and weld-assembly are published with Cloos welding machines. The park includes CLOOS Qintron 500A-W, Acrobat HUK 2000 tapping, Sentool316 rivet nuts (M3–M12), LBS75 stud welding (M3–M8; Al Mg3, St 373K, stainless 1.4301, brass) and SEN-TOOL POP rivets (4.8–6.4 mm). Laser-Cut Sheet Parts
CNC laser cutting is done at up to 3000×1500 mm with 6 kW / 10 kW power. Published capacity is 30 mm in St37 black, 30 mm stainless, 12 mm brass, 10 mm copper and 30 mm aluminium. Advantages listed include low-quantity production without dies, minimum scrap, scratch-free contactless machining and 0.1 mm accuracy on all dimensions. The machine park includes Bysmart Fiber 6 kW and 10 kW.

CNC press-brake bending is done with Xpert 80 and Xpert Pro 200. About states service with Bystronic CNC press brakes. CNC Fiber Laser Cutting
Fiber laser cutting is given on Bysmart Fiber 6 kW and 10 kW machines on a 3000×1500 mm table. Holes can be opened up to 0.7 × sheet thickness; cut surfaces are said not to form burr or heat distortion, so production can be assembly-ready. Low cost and ease of work on prototypes are in the advantages list.
Welding and Assembly
Welding and assembly are offered with Cloos Qintron 500A-W and additional park (tapping, rivet nuts, stud welding, pop rivets). The home page states service in welded-part manufacture with Cloos machines. Drawing and design and sheet sales are also separate items in the services menu.
