Kipaş Textile is one of Türkiye's major integrated textile manufacturers, building on the group's textile operations established in 1984. The company operates an integrated production structure covering ring and open-end yarn manufacturing, twisting, weaving, fabric dyeing and finishing, indigo dyeing and denim production.

Its Kahramanmaraş operations include seven ring-spinning mills, three open-end spinning mills and approximately 700 weaving machines. Kipaş's textile facilities manufacture both denim and non-denim fabrics, with substantial annual production capacity and a significant share of output exported to international markets. Its denim operations produce stretch and rigid denim fabrics in a range of weights for global fashion brands.

Kipaş also maintains a strong focus on R&D and sustainable textile manufacturing. Its R&D Center, established in 2015, develops innovative yarn and fabric technologies, while certified products are produced according to international sustainability standards including BCI, GRS, GOTS, OCS and OEKO-TEX.
