Belt Conveyor
Belt conveyor systems are a widely used conveyor type across industries. They are also known as carrying belts, loading belts or walking belts. Belt types include PVC, rubber and silicone, selected according to the product to be carried, the application area and the operating angle. Pallet presence, belt colour and the place of use also determine the correct belt for the project. A wrong choice can produce a short-lived system that does not run at sufficient efficiency.
Food Industry Conveyor
Conveyor systems used in the food industry are solutions that meet hygiene and safety standards at a high level. They move products from raw material to finished goods at different stages without damage, in a regular and uninterrupted flow. Stainless-steel frames and easy-to-clean belts are used to match hygiene requirements. Modular, PU or silicone belts are selected so products are carried without slipping and away from contamination risk. Various conveyor types suited to hot, cold, humid or dry environments work as an integrated line to support throughput and product quality.
Metal Detector Conveyor
Metal detectors used for detection and separation can be adapted onto a conveyor so inspection runs without stopping production flow. In food, pharmaceutical and recycling applications, bulk and packed products can be checked for metal pieces, nails, washers, needles and similar foreign bodies. Removal of metal-containing product can be manual or automatic. In manual use, a light or sound alarm stops the conveyor when metal is detected. In automatic use the contaminated item is rejected by a side-push piston, diverting arm, air blast or downward belt movement.

The application lets you observe conveyor motion, product flow and process steps in real time and understand how the system runs.
