About
The company was founded in October 1997 for electroplating and chemical surface coating. In 2003 it introduced the Cubic film transfer system to Turkey.
From 2004 automatic wet-paint plants served automotive, white-goods, electronics and small appliances.
In 2009 a robot was added at the new wet-paint facility.
In 2023 a 7,000 m² automatic 8-axis paint plant in Dudullu OSB supplies higher-durability coating to major white-goods and automotive customers.

Cubic Water Transfer Coated Parts
Cubic water-transfer printing applies decorative patterns via film technology introduced in 2003. Wood, marble and carbon-fibre looks are transferred to plastic and metal parts for appliances and automotive trim.
Electrostatic Powder-Coated Metal Parts
Electrostatic powder-coated metal is cured in industrial ovens for appliances, automotive parts and panels. ISO-certified processes control pretreatment, phosphating and curing.
Wet-Painted Metal Parts
Wet-painted metal parts for automotive and appliance OEMs run on automatic robot lines. Wet-paint plants since 2004 control film thickness, colour match and adhesion. The 7,000 m² Dudullu OSB plant uses 8-axis robots for durable coating.
Services
Plasma Surface Treatment
Plasma surface treatment activates and cleans plastic and metal parts before painting or bonding. Inline or batch plasma for automotive and appliance supply chains at the Dudullu plant.
Screen Printing
Screen printing applies logos and technical markings on coated surfaces using multi-colour screens and UV-resistant inks. Lot traceability for appliance and electronics OEM orders.
Powder Coating Service
Powder coating service includes cleaning, phosphating and electrostatic powder application. Colour and texture follow customer specs; thickness, adhesion and corrosion tests are recorded.
