Insflex Fabric Expansion Joints
Multi-layer fabric expansion joints are used to meet mechanical and thermal resistance needs of large fluid-transfer lines (air/gas ducts and similar), especially vibration and thermal expansion. A fabric expansion joint has two main components: the sealing fabric and metal frames. Insflex® joints are designed and manufactured under the same roof to absorb axial, lateral and angular movement. Heat resistance and minimum/maximum service temperature are primary design parameters; pressure resistance, sound insulation, ergonomics and cost may also apply.
INSJACK Removable Insulation Jackets
INSJACK® insulation jackets, produced by INSPRO at its own facilities with unique designs, are described as a solution for energy saving, process temperature maintenance and personnel safety. They can be made with various insulation fillers (fiberglass, superwool, aerogel, etc.) and a variety of enclosures. Applications include valves, turbines, piping, exhaust stacks, product tanks, acoustic uses and heat exchangers. They provide hot and cold insulation indoors and outdoors and are manufactured to be removed and reinstalled.
Prefabricated Metal Insulation Claddings
Sheet metal used as insulation cladding of pipelines and equipment is designed by INSPRO engineers with the entire insulation system, then cut and shaped on CNC machines. All manufacturing is carried out in INSPRO’s own facilities; on-site manufacturing and assembly are done if needed. Standard HVAC and process pipe cladding lengths are 1000 mm and 1250 mm; elbow pieces are produced at 90°, 45° and 30°. Removable metal insulation boxes such as manhole covers, valve boxes and flange boxes are produced from design to manufacture.
