HDR10000 High-Capacity Powder and Granule Packaging Machine
HDR10000 is a high-capacity vertical packaging machine for granular and powder products, with a 10000 g capacity that can be adjusted on request. It runs on a timing-belt system. Bag length 50-700 mm, bag width 50-500 mm, reel diameter 350 mm, reel width 500 mm, speed 30-33 packs per minute. It makes pillow, envelope, gusseted and quattro bags and is used with powder filling units and multihead or linear weigher systems.
HDR3000 Powder and Granule Vertical Packaging Machine
HDR3000 is a vertical packaging machine built for granular and powder products such as coffee, pasta and flour. Its capacity is 3000 g and can be adjusted on request; it runs on a timing-belt system. Bag length 50-300 mm, bag width 50-400 mm, speed 30-33 packs per minute. It makes pillow, gusseted, stand-up and quattro bags, with Schneider PLC control, a 7/10-inch touchscreen and AISI 304 stainless product-contact surfaces. It works with multihead, linear weigher and auger filling units.
HDRA20 Pet Treat Stick Packaging Machine
HDRA20 is built for packaging pet food and treat sticks for cats and dogs, producing packs of treat sticks and dry food. Its capacity is designed at 45 packs per minute and it works on an elevator-type machine principle. Bag length 30-300 mm, bag width 30-400 mm, reel diameter 400 mm, reel width 280 mm. It can be supplied as a set with feeding conveyor, date coder, thermal transfer printer and rotary table.
