GMZ PEM Series proton exchange membrane
The GMZ Enerji site publishes the PEM Series as proton exchange membranes for electrolyzers and fuel cells. PFSA-free, customizable ion-exchange membranes are described for hydrogen, energy and water systems. Published PEM figures: thickness 60/80/100 μm, ion exchange capacity (IEC) 1.10–1.50 meq/g, tensile strength 30–40 MPa, pH stability 0–14 at 25 °C. The same product block states a fluorine-free design, 42% more efficient ion exchange capacity and 20% longer operational lifetime. Membranes are stated as TRL 9 and ready for commercialization.
Membrane R&D electrospinning systems
On the GMZ Enerji site, Electrospinning Systems are published as modular electrospinning systems with adjustable parameters and a user-friendly interface, for membrane R&D, coatings, filters, sensors and advanced textile applications. The Next-Generation Nanofiber Membranes block describes electrospun membranes with tunable porosity and PFSA-free technology. The company’s own PDF catalogue (GMZ Enerji Electrospinning Equipments) shows rotary collector, feed and multi-needle spinneret components. EuroQuity states customized electrospinning equipment is manufactured for internal development and for external academic and industrial clients.
Fuel cell and reversible PEM system membranes
Under Applications, Fuel Cells & Reversible Systems is published as high-performance membranes for fuel cell applications and reversible energy storage. GMZ membranes used are listed as PEM Series and AEM Series. The Electrolyzer & Fuel Cell Systems block describes in-house prototype systems to validate membrane performance, enabling hydrogen generation, off-grid hybrid systems and renewable energy integration. A LinkedIn project output describes a unitized regenerative PEM fuel cell stack integrated with a solar energy system, using in-house proton exchange membranes to operate in both electrolysis and fuel-cell modes.
Services
Clean hydrogen membrane consulting
The B2Match service listing publishes fluorine-free ion exchange membranes and expertise for testing, optimization and integration in clean hydrogen systems. The about text states GMZ Enerji is a deep-tech company in Eskişehir dedicated to developing and manufacturing fluorine-free ion exchange membranes for hydrogen, energy and clean water systems. Contact: [email protected], +90 530 262 80 60.
Reversible PEM stack and system prototyping
The Electrolyzer & Fuel Cell Systems heading describes prototype systems developed in-house to validate membrane performance, including hydrogen generation, off-grid hybrid systems and renewable energy integration. A TEYDEB 1507 LinkedIn announcement describes a unitized regenerative PEM fuel cell stack and solar integration project that achieved first hydrogen production using in-house PEMs and a self-designed electrolyzer system.
Fuel cell membrane customization and R&D
The site’s Research & Pilot Systems application is published as customizable membrane solutions for academic and industrial R&D; all series (PEM, AEM, CEM, BPM) are listed as available. The contact block invites discussion of how GMZ membranes can power sustainable energy solutions. The B2Match opportunity text states fluorine-free ion exchange membranes are developed for high proton/anion conductivity, durability and cost-effective scalability, and seeks partners for testing, scaling and integration.
