Founded in İzmit in 2001, GESSAN Makine entered the sector by manufacturing machines and equipment for the pipe and profile industry. Since then it has delivered projects in Turkey and abroad with its engineering infrastructure.

Pipe Epoxy / Powder Coating Line
Pipe epoxy and powder-coating lines are in the Gessan range. The company publishes dedicated solutions for pipe and profile manufacturing. Coating lines are built in the same plants as annealing and QA lines. Coating is used for corrosion protection and surface finish on welded pipe.
Pipe Annealing Line
Pipe annealing lines are among the pipe and profile equipment Gessan Makine has built in İzmit since 2001. The about text lists the range from annealing to grooving, welding inductors and powder-coating lines. Lines are installed for heat treatment on ERW and welded pipe mills. ERW Pipe Mill Equipment
ERW pipe-mill equipment is part of Gessan’s manufacture for pipe mills. The 2001 İzmit company supports it with CNC machining, steel construction and site assembly. Maintenance and overhaul are among Gessan’s published line services. Existing pipe-mill equipment is stripped and renewed; automation/modernization is a separate item. CNC and steel construction produce overhaul parts. It is used on annealing, coating and grooving lines.
Steel Construction
Steel construction is a Gessan service. Frame and platform steel for pipe annealing, coating and ERW lines is produced. It is published together with CNC machining and site assembly. It is used as line steel on Germany, Russia and Italy projects.
Machining / CNC
Machining and CNC is the service that supports Gessan’s pipe-line equipment. The 2001 İzmit company machines parts for annealing, coating, ERW and inductor manufacture on CNC. It sits under the same roof as steel construction and site assembly. Line overhaul parts and spares are also made in this park.
