Ladle Bottom Gas Purging System Refractories
Refractories and accessories are produced for the bottom gas purging system of secondary metallurgy liquid steel ladles. The range includes slot-type gas purging plugs, sleeve (jacket) bricks, well blocks, gas purging system safety locks and hydraulic retraction mechanisms. Production takes place at the Altınova/Yalova plant.
Liquid Steel Flow Control (Slide Gate) System Refractories
Refractories and accessories are manufactured for the liquid steel flow control (slide gate) system at the bottom of the ladle. Products include inner nozzles, collector nozzles and well blocks, designed for the controlled flow of liquid steel from secondary metallurgy ladles.
Tundish Nozzle Change Systems and Refractories
CNC tundish nozzle change mechanisms and spare parts are produced for controlling steel flow from the tundish to the continuous casting machine. Refractory materials are also manufactured for use in CNC, CNM, MNC and FNC nozzle change systems.
