B256 7" Fiber Optic Drone
The B256 7-inch fiber optic drone is controlled over a fiber optic cable with a continuous range of 5 km. Because it does not emit radio frequencies it cannot be detected and is not affected by jammers or EMP, so the operator can work from a shelter or an armored vehicle. Published data: operational range a continuous 5 km (fiber optic cable capacity), maximum flight time 15 minutes, operational altitude 10–500 m AGL, wind resistance level 5 (stable flight in 10 m/s wind) and high-quality real-time video. It is carried in a backpack and can be ready within minutes. With a zero RF footprint it cannot be detected by SIGINT systems.
E069 10" Swarm Fire Detection and Suppression Drone
The E069 10-inch swarm fire detection and suppression drone rapidly scans wooded areas. Thermal cameras and artificial intelligence detect outbreaks early and provide real-time risk maps to intervention teams. Published flight data: maximum flight time 25 minutes, cruising (scanning) speed 50–60 km/h, wind resistance level 6 (maximum 50 km/h), optimal mission altitude 300–500 m, and operational range above 10 km, expandable via mesh network communication. The swarm forms a wide aerial network to scan large areas within minutes. Fire direction and intensity are modeled in real time, coordinates are sent to teams, and all data is presented on one ground station as a live risk map.
Foldable 18" Carbon Fiber Propeller (2-Blade)
The foldable 18-inch 2-blade carbon fiber propeller, product name 18*7.3, is made of carbon fiber and epoxy. Single-blade weight is 19.7 g, the surface is glossy and the type is foldable. Published performance: maximum thrust 5300 g at 7000 RPM, optimum RPM range 3500–6000. The aerodynamic design and smooth surface are intended to produce higher thrust with lower energy use. Carbon fiber stiffness is meant to limit flex at high RPM and support structural stability in dives and maneuvers. The same family also lists 3-blade and 4-blade foldable 18-inch variants, plus 10-inch carbon fiber and plastic injection propellers.
Services
MRO and After-Sales Support
Fasumer Technology provides comprehensive MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) and after-sales support for platforms in the inventory, alongside manufacturing. Its specialist team detects faults quickly and intervenes on site, with a commitment to mission continuity. The homepage states that within its SHT-145 approved maintenance organization, Emir Havacılık, factory-level overhaul of Lycoming and Continental engines, NDT and aviation-standard isolated storage are used to reduce aircraft-on-ground time. The technician team also carries out composite production, mechanical assembly, engine-propeller integration, avionics and surface treatment, plus field technical support and retrofit or modification work.
Custom Propeller Analysis, Design and Serial Production
Custom propeller work starts with an initial consultation: the aircraft’s weight, mission and engine data are collected for analysis and planning. Designers then design the propeller digitally. After prototype testing, serial production begins. Finished propellers are checked against quality standards and tested to the international standards the customer requests. Fasumer develops UAV components and 3K carbon fiber drone propellers tailored to contractors’ needs.
Propeller Quality Control and Testing
Propellers completed for an unmanned aircraft are inspected to Fasumer’s standard quality policy and to any other standards the customer requests. Static and dynamic balancing, intended to reduce airframe vibration, is applied during production, quality control and before shipment. Visual inspection covers the blade tip, leading and trailing edges, blade surface and root, spinner and bulkhead unit, looking for blisters, delamination, punctures, scratches, fiber breaks and bonding defects. Structural testing includes high-force bending and delamination checks. In the brake-test room a report records thrust, torque, RPM, voltage, current and propeller-motor efficiency.
