CNC Press-Brake Bent Sheet Bracket
On Durma AD-S high-tonnage CNC press brakes we bend stainless, aluminum and mild-steel brackets to ±0.2 mm form tolerance. Forming follows fiber laser cutting under one roof for mark-free surfaces, repeatable angles and hole alignment. Prototype and serial projects receive brackets and formed sheet parts fully true to drawing without secondary correction.
Laser-Cut Sheet Metal Part
On our Yalova OSB fiber laser line we produce assembly-ready laser-cut sheet parts from black sheet, DKP and carbon steel at ±0.1 mm tolerance. Nitrogen or oxygen assist-gas tuning yields burr-free edges, paint-ready surfaces and contours true to the drawing, minimizing secondary grinding. Parts ship from prototype to serial runs with nesting discipline for automotive, machinery and construction buyers.

CNC Tube & Profile Laser / Tube Bending
On our CNC tube and profile laser line we cut channels, holes and angled features in stainless, mild steel and aluminum tubes/profiles at ±0.1 mm geometric accuracy. Optimized axis parameters produce burr-free inner surfaces and smooth edges; Cansa CNC tube bending supports complex furniture and automotive forms. Contract deliveries integrate with sheet fiber cutting, press brake and welding-assembly.
CNC Press-Brake Bending
Our CNC press-brake park forms stainless, mild steel and aluminum sheets true to drawing with high repeatability. Durma AD-S high-tonnage presses, precise pressure control and matching tooling deliver mark-free forms within tight tolerances. Integrated with fiber laser cutting, the contract line ships assembly-ready brackets, panels and sheet parts on short lead times.
CNC Fiber Laser Cutting
At our Yalova OSB plant, CNC fiber laser systems cut stainless, mild steel, aluminum and copper alloys at ±0.1 mm tolerance. Micron-level accuracy, European certified material traceability and nitrogen/oxygen parameters deliver burr-free clean edges. From DXF/DWG review through prototype and serial contract cutting, the process stays under one roof and integrates with press brake, tube laser and assembly.
Welding and Assembly
Certified welders join stainless, aluminum and mild steel and complete assemblies to millimetre accuracy. MIG/TIG practice targets dimensional stability, smooth seams and traceable documentation; cleaning and passivation preserve surface quality. After CNC fiber cutting and press-brake forming, turnkey contract assembly lines deliver installation-ready finished products.
