Handheld Inkjet Printer
Handheld inkjet printers are offered for plants without a fixed line, for low- or medium-volume production, or for marking products that cannot be moved. The light design, rechargeable battery and built-in touchscreen allow printing with the trigger. Text, date, time or counter settings are made on the device screen without a computer; maximum print height is 25.4 mm. Solvent-based ink cartridges are used for permanent, fast-drying marks on food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, plastic, wood, glass and metal parts.
Automatic Date Coding Inkjet Printer
Automatic (online) date-coding inkjet printers integrate into conveyor lines for hands-free, high-speed marking. Photocell / smart sensors detect packs, cartons, jars or plastic parts on the belt and print within milliseconds. Production and expiry dates, time, variable counters, barcodes, QR codes and logos are printed at high resolution. The industrial design is intended for 24/7 running; on-site TIJ printer installation in Istanbul and line integration are offered.
Solvent-Based Inkjet Cartridge
Black and colour solvent-based coding cartridges for industrial lines and handheld devices are supplied for high adhesion and fast drying. Stock sizes include 12.7 mm (0.5 inch) standard character and 25.4 mm (1 inch) large character cartridges. Fast-dry ink sets on plastic, glass, metal, nylon and glossy packs in seconds. Colours include black, white, yellow, blue, red and green. One cartridge averages 500,000 characters; a 42 ml solvent cartridge can mark about 100,000 products if each print is five characters. HP-compatible, chip-free JS10 cartridge models are listed.

Inkjet Repair and Maintenance
With seven years in the field, Esen Kodlama services and maintains date coding machines and consumables. Repair and technical support are provided for inkjet and date-coding machines so marking lines are not stopped. Technical service covers handheld printers, mini printers and TIJ devices; after-sales support is stated as 24/7. Machines are sold with a two-year factory warranty; ink cartridges are excluded because they depend on use and storage conditions.
Installation and Operator Training
On-site installation and operator training are offered within Istanbul. TIJ printers are installed on site in Istanbul; other printer models receive live phone support and instructional videos. Machines are described as touchscreen, user-friendly and multilingual including English, and integrate with existing conveyors via photocell sensors. The site states no software knowledge is required and that mounting on the line is flexible.
Spare Parts Supply
Genuine spare parts and consumables for date-coding devices are supplied under importer warranty. Stock includes original solvent ink cartridges (JS10, 12.7 mm and 25.4 mm), colour coding cartridges, printer screens, batteries, adapters, technical materials and cleaning solutions.
