Doğaner Makine İmalat San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. has manufactured CNC tube-bending machines, tube end-forming machines and special machines that shape tubes and profiles at its Istanbul factory since 1997.
From the first day of operation DMS has been a pioneer in CNC tube benders, continuing investment, R&D and marketing without pause and offering service at suitable quality, price and time. Activities continue by following innovations and expanding the machine park.

Doğaner Makina Sanayi was founded in 1997, built machines for different sectors and, after technical research, started CNC tube-bender production in 1999 combining mechanics, hydraulics and electronics. Manufacturing and sales are organised professionally; after-sales service is run with full energy so customers are not left in difficulty.

Tube End-Forming Machine
Tube end-forming machines have been built at the Istanbul factory since 1997 together with CNC benders and special machines. The product list treats end forming, tube cutting and tube drilling as separate items. The technical team designs products in-house; competitive solutions without compromising quality are stated. Sales and after-sales are organised so customers are not left in difficulty.
CNC Tube Bending Machine
Since 1997 Doğaner Makina has built CNC tube benders that shape tubes and profiles at its Istanbul factory. DMS publishes the widest CNC tube-bender range on the market up to 220 mm; CNC bending combining mechanics, hydraulics and electronics started in 1999. Shipbuilding, thermal, automotive and defence uses and full-electric servo lines appear in the product groups. Design is done in-house by the engineering technical department.
Exhaust-Muffler Tube Drilling Machine
Tube-drilling machines are a separate product-group item from CNC bending and end forming; exhaust-muffler tube drilling is an application of that drilling line. Doğaner has built machines for different sectors since 1997; automotive exhaust and defence/ship tube lines appear in the about and news texts. The machine park is expanded and innovations are followed. Manufacturing is at B.O.S.B Mermerciler Sanayi Sitesi 3rd Street No:5/1, Beylikdüzü.

Die / Tooling Orders
CNC tube benders and end-forming machines require dies and tooling; a die-order link is published on the site. Products are designed by the in-house engineering technical department. The bending range up to Ø220 mm covers different die diameters. Orders have been taken from the Istanbul factory since 1997 together with after-sales service.
Machine Spare Parts
Spare-parts supply for CNC tube benders, end-forming and tube-drilling machines is listed with after-sales service. Mechanical-hydraulic-electronic CNC bending lines produced since 1999 continue as the machine park is expanded. The in-house technical department designs the products and supports them after sale.
