Steel Mesh
Corporate text states mesh production started at Başkent OSB in 2015 with 33,525 t/year mesh capacity. A second mesh plant opened in Karabük OSB in 2017 (Organize Sanayi Yolu Cad. No:1/3). Steel mesh is a separate activity-menu item. Combined Ankara capacity with cut-and-bent rebar and bar is published as 71,725 t/year.
Cut-and-Bent Rebar
Cut-and-bent rebar started at Sincan Başkent OSB in 2005. Corporate text publishes 37,200 t/year of cutting and bending. Hazır Demir is a separate activity-menu item. The 2017 Karabük OSB mesh plant is in the same group; the Ankara factory is still described as the main cut-and-bent site.
Reinforcing Steel
In its early years the company focused on wholesale and retail deformed reinforcing bar. İnşaat Demiri is a separate activity-menu item. Başkent OSB capacity lists 1,000 t/year of bar, together with mesh and cut-and-bent rebar totalling 71,725 t. The Karabük OSB second plant extends that construction-steel programme to Karabük.
