Press-Brake Bent Part
CNC press-brake bending is folding of sheet metal. Fine-tolerance bending is done on current press brakes. Produced or applied at the İkitelli OSB plant; size and capacity follow the published range and the customer request.
Tube and Profile Laser Cutting
The HANS LASER 330-diameter 6 kW tube laser is used for tube and profile cutting. Produced or applied at the İkitelli OSB plant; size and capacity follow the published range and the customer request. Since 2009 laser, press-brake and welded fabrication have been done on TRUMPF 4–6 kW and HANS LASER machines.
CNC Laser-Cut Part
CNC laser cutting gives smooth edges at ±0.02 mm. Mild steel, stainless and aluminium are cut. TRUMPF 3030 4 kW: 3000×1500 mm, mild steel 20 mm, stainless 15 mm, aluminium 10 mm. Produced or applied at the İkitelli OSB plant; size and capacity follow the published range and the customer request.

Blanking is done with current guillotine machines. Produced or applied at the İkitelli OSB plant; size and capacity follow the published range and the customer request. Since 2009 laser, press-brake and welded fabrication have been done on TRUMPF 4–6 kW and HANS LASER machines.
CNC Laser Cutting Service
