Founded in 1993 and started in early 1994. In 1,200 m² indoor area, with atmosphere- and computer-controlled IPSEN furnaces and a metrology lab, it serves automotive, defence, textile, electronics, appliances, moped/motorcycle, machine-part and tooling customers.
All required heat-treatment units and control equipment are stated to be on site. Success is described via lower costs, higher turnover and customer trust.

Steel Part Heat Treatment
Automotive, machine and tooling steel parts are heat-treated in the 1,200 m² plant. IPSEN atmosphere furnaces have been used since 1994. Tooling Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is offered to toolmakers. Tool-steel hardening and tempering run in IPSEN furnaces. The Beylikdüzü Birlik Sanayi Sitesi plant is the intake point Orders and shipments are handled from the Beylikdüzü OSB (Istanbul) plant; technical sizes and materials are confirmed against the customer specification.
Defence and Appliance Parts
Defence, electronics and appliance parts are on the customer list. Moped/motorcycle parts are also processed. Quality Control Laboratory
