Aydınlar Refrakter, whose foundations were laid in the 1950s, provides reliable solutions in the refractory sector with its long history, technical expertise and quality focus. With the knowledge and field experience gained since its founding, it operates in the design, production and application of refractory systems required for high-temperature applications. Starting out in construction, firebrick installation and industrial furnace refurbishment, the company later added refractory material production to its operations. Today it supplies monolithic refractory products and complementary refractory solutions to customers in Türkiye and abroad. Production takes place at an 8,000 m² plant in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone. With a daily production capacity of 60 tons, the plant produces standard and custom-formulated monolithic refractory materials for different sectors, with every stage monitored from raw material selection to final product inspection. Raw materials are imported from China, Brazil, Russia, the USA and various European countries. Products are tested to TSE and ASTM standards and are used in the iron-steel, aluminium, cement, glass, ceramics and petrochemical sectors. The company also provides technical support from refractory material selection to project design, application, maintenance and relining, as well as refractory engineering, heat transfer calculations, supervision and drying process services.
