Powered Roller Conveyor
Powered roller conveyor for boxes, cartons, crates and rigid-based products: controlled horizontal transport, accumulation and routing. Widths 300–1200 mm; roller diameters Ø48 / Ø63 / Ø76 / Ø89 mm; drive by 24 V or 48 V DC MDR or a central gearmotor. Sensor zones and zero-pressure accumulation can be applied with PLC I/O.
PVC Belt Conveyors
PVC belt conveyors for boxes, cartons, packages, bags and production parts, in straight, inclined and knife-edge transfer layouts. Width, length, belt surface, chassis and automation are set to the application. Typical speed range is 5–120 m/min with end or underslung drive and steel, aluminium or stainless frames. Belt faces may be smooth, grip, profiled or antistatic.
Roller Pallet Conveyor
Motorized heavy-duty roller pallet conveyor for pallets with suitable bottom skids: transport, accumulation and transfer between production, warehouse, packing, AS/RS and shipping stations. Typical project range about 300 to 2000 kg; roller diameters Ø50–Ø114 mm; speed about 5–40 m/min. Drive is gearmotor, chain-sprocket and VFD; stopping uses mechanical or pneumatic stops and sensor zones.
Services
Conveyor Design and Manufacturing
Conveyor design considers not only conveying distance but product base, weight, capacity, line geometry, operating environment and the next process. Mechanical structure, belt or roller selection, gearmotor and control are engineered from those data. Belt type, roller diameter, pallet surface, speed, motor power, chassis material and safety equipment follow product weight, size, temperature, cleaning and capacity.
Installation and Commissioning
The project process covers evaluation of product and capacity data, plant layout and line flow, mechanical and electrical design, manufacturing and control-system development, factory tests, on-site installation, commissioning and operator briefing. Site scope can include transport, installation, electrical connections, testing and operator briefing.
PLC Automation and Line Integration
Conveyor lines can be designed to work with VFDs, PLC, HMI, sensors, barcode readers, cameras, checkweighers, metal detectors and robotic stations. Avemak treats mechanical design, manufacturing and automation integration in one project flow. PLC/HMI manage speed, direction, stations and alarms; sensors handle presence, counting, position and accumulation.
