About
Avcıoğlu Cam combines decades of family experience in the glass industry with modern production technologies for architectural and industrial projects.
At our Sincan facility, we produce Şişecam Isıcam insulated glass units and tempered glass, while also carrying out float glass cutting, laminated glass cutting and a wide range of glass processing operations under one roof.
Our history in the glass trade dates back to 1970. The first factory was established in 1998, and Avcıoğlu Cam became an authorized Isıcam manufacturer in 2008.

Isıcam K Series (Konfor)
Isıcam Konfor combines Low-E and solar-control performance to help reduce both winter heat loss and excessive solar heat gain in summer. Compared with ordinary double glazing it helps cut heat loss by about 50% and solar heat gain by about 40%. It is particularly suitable for façades and windows with significant solar exposure where year-round indoor comfort is important, without giving up daylight.
Laminated Glass (cutting)
Laminated glass consists of two or more glass panes bonded by an interlayer, helping retain fragments if the glass breaks. Avcıoğlu Cam purchases ready-made laminated glass sheets and performs precision cutting to customer and project dimensions. We do not manufacture the lamination interlayer process in-house. Suitable for façades, canopies, railings and architectural use.
Tempered Glass
During tempering, glass is heated to approximately 600–700 °C and rapidly cooled. This creates compressive stress on the surface and increases its resistance to mechanical loads and thermal shock. When broken, fully tempered glass fragments into relatively small pieces rather than large sharp shards. All cutting, drilling and edge processing must therefore be completed before tempering. Approx. five times higher strength than comparable annealed glass; TS EN 12150. Suitable for façades, railings, shower enclosures and furniture.
Services
Float-glass cutting line
Our 8-station Bottero Jumbo cutting line cuts glass to accurate dimensions with a clean edge. The line is integrated with a Bottero automatic loading system, taking worker safety and high-capacity demand into account. The target is millimetric cutting and serial production in jumbo sizes.
Insulating-glass production line
We produce Isıcam and other insulating glass units to EN 1279 and CE quality standards on an automatic line with process controls. As a Şişecam Isıcam authorized manufacturer since 2008 we prepare combinations to project requirements with a traceable flow from production to dispatch. Annual capacity 150,000 m²; product groups Isıcam K / S / C.
Tempering line
Our Southtech fully convective tempering furnace is suited to next-generation coated and triple-silver glasses. Production follows TS EN 12150, with attention to safety, surface quality and dimensional accuracy. Loading capacity 5000 × 2600 mm; smallest size 350 × 350 mm; 4 mm maximum 2000 × 1000 mm; 5 mm and above 3000 × 2000 mm. Temperable Low-E and Solar Low-E glasses are processed.
