Products
Pipe Brick Series
Ceramic pipe brick series for foundry runner systems. Produced in standard sizes with inner diameter (Ø) from 30 mm to 150 mm and outer diameter (ØA) from 55 mm to 200 mm: 30/55, 40/65, 50/75, 60/85, 70/100, 80/115, 90/120, 100/140, 120/160 and 150/200 mm. Length (L) options are 50, 100, 150, 200 and 300 mm. All dimensions in mm.
Funnel Brick Series
Ceramic funnel (pouring cup) brick series used at the entry of foundry runner systems. Produced in many standard sizes with bottom diameter Ø1 of 40, 50 and 60 mm, top diameter Ø2 of 100–135 mm, ØA 126–160 mm, ØB 64–84 mm and overall height H1 from 190 to 425 mm. All dimensions in mm; production in requested dimensions is available.
Rotary Runner
Ceramic rotary runner produced in types F60, F80, F100 and F120. Main inner diameter Ød is 60, 80, 100 and 120 mm; outer diameter Ød1 110–165 mm; overall height H is 580 mm (F60), 710 mm (F80), 879 mm (F100) and 919 mm (F120). All dimensions in mm; production in requested dimensions is available.

Custom-Dimension Refractory Production
Beyond the standard tables, ceramic runner and refractory products such as rotary runners, funnels, elbows, rings, distributors, stopper and ladle shaft bricks can be produced in the dimensions requested by the customer. Products are made at the factory in Gümüşova OIZ for foundries and steel mills.
Kaolin Sintering
Kaolin imported raw from Ukraine is sintered at the factory in Gümüşova OIZ and supplied to refractory manufacturers. The factory also produces exothermic feeders and breaker cores with an annual capacity of 2,500,000 pieces.
Monolithic Refractory Supply
In addition to ceramic runners and refractory bricks, Ateş Seramik meets the monolithic refractory demands of foundries, iron and steel plants, power plants, refineries, sugar and cement factories and steel mills. The product group covers feeder sleeves and monolithic mortars.
