Acro TK was founded in Italy in 1983 as a main supplier to Indesit (Whirlpool). It actively produces for the world’s leading white-goods companies at its plants in Italy, Romania and Turkey. Production has also started on injection and assembly lines in our additional building of 3,700 m² enclosed area.
ACRO TK accepts protecting the environment and its employees from the possible effects of all its activities as one of its primary duties, and carries out production with respect for nature.

Products
White-Goods Injection Part
Acro TK moulds for white-goods makers on injection machines from 50 to 1,000 tons. The MIPASIC record lists 23 robotized injection machines (80–1,000 tons). The Manisa OSB Atatürk Street plant moulds parts for the same customer family as the Italy and Romania factories. The part is injected to the tool and tonnage.

Control-panel assembly runs on 3 lines at 12,000 pieces/day; three electronic-board assembly and test cells are on the same service card. Acro TK has made white-goods panels as an Indesit/Whirlpool main supplier since 1983. The Manisa plant runs injection and assembly in a 3,700 m² extra building. The panel is grouped to the board and keypad recipe.

Assembly and Grouping
Control-panel assembly is 12,000 pieces/day on 3 lines; electronic-board assembly-test and door assembly are the same service. MIPASIC lists top-panel, door and dispenser grouping lines. The Manisa plant runs these lines with injection in the 3,700 m² extra building. Groups are joined to the customer assembly recipe.
Plastic Injection
Screen Printing
Two fully automatic screen printers apply up to 20 colours at about 6,000 parts/day. Acro TK integrates this with injection and assembly. The Manisa Atatürk Street plant applies serial print to panel and door parts. Stencil and colour are sequenced to artwork approval.
