Product standards TS EN 10244, BS 443, DIN 1548, ASTM A 475; feedstock SAE 1006/1008/1010. Coil weight 50–1,500 kg, ID 350/450/550 mm, OD 650–1,100 mm; rose-wound packaging. Cage Wire Mesh

Galvanized or PVC-coated cage wire mesh for perimeter protection. Material is hot-dip galvanized wire (1.50–4.00 mm) or PVC-coated wire (3.00–4.00 mm). Mesh 20–70 mm, height 0.50–6.00 m; shipped in 15 or 20 m rolls. Mounted on screw posts, abrasion-resistant and removable when needed. Positioned as an economical woven-wire fencing option.

Mesh Wire

Mesh wire used for area protection and security is an economical woven-wire solution. It is mounted on screw posts set 60–80 metres apart from ground level; post spacing is adjusted to the application and the mesh can be moved by removing the screws. It resists abrasion. Main types are PVC-coated and galvanized: galvanized mesh woven from steel wire with zinc and hot-dip galvanizing, and PVC-coated mesh where a PVC layer is added on the wires.

PVC-Coated Wire

PVC-coated wire, increasingly used in greenhouses and vineyards, is chosen for fencing and perimeter security with an aesthetic finish. It is made by forming a PVC layer around the wire via a special extrusion process; the steel core is hot-dip galvanized against rust. Protection from harmful sun rays is a primary aim. Produced with flexibility suitable for weaving, it keeps coating integrity in industrial, decoration, greenhouse and agricultural applications. It also serves as binding, tension, mesh or laundry wire and can be washed or wiped clean.

Steel wire drawn at Boyçelik’s Wire-Spring plant from 1.20 mm to 5.00 mm is supplied to mattress, furniture, textile, automotive and industrial spring makers. Coil weights at dispatch range from 100 kg to 900 kg, with production in the quality bands requested by the customer. Coils ship on cardboard cores, strapped and packed against rust and impact.

Standard pocket spring unit

Pocket springs, each sleeved in its own nonwoven, act independently for sleep and seating comfort. Coils can be barrel, cylindrical or other shapes, and different wire diameters can be zoned in one unit. Boyçelik pocket units offer about twice the spring count and three times the compression resistance of other spring systems, with independent motion that isolates partner movement.

Standard Steel Mesh

BMS makes standard and special steel mesh; ribbed and flat rebar and wire products are produced at the Manisa OSB plant. Annual capacity is 120,000 tonnes. Mesh is used in reinforced concrete, prefabricated elements, bridges and tunnels. Mesh opening and wire diameter follow the project bar schedule.

Custom Wire Forms Production

Custom production covers annealed wire, baling wire, armour wire, copper-coated wire, steel mesh and various woven/panel fence forms per buyer request. Lines produce commercial and high-zinc coated wire from 0.80–8.00 mm; coil weights can be set between 50–1,500 kg. Fast response to specifications and shipment in requested sizes is part of the production policy.

After annealed wire the company expanded into hot-dip galvanized wire, armour wire, PVC-coated wire, copper-coated wire, steel mesh, ribbed/plain/galvanized bars, flat bar, barbed wire, razor wire, oiled bale wire, various panel fences and woven fence wire—all produced in-house. From Aksaray OSB capacity it supplies wire forms and mesh products for the domestic market and export to 73 countries, running production and quality control to customer demand.
