Fabric development and production

Besides statement designs, a wide range of fabric qualities is developed to expand material and design options for clients. In the design process, fabrics, accessories, print, embroidery, washing and dyeing methods are modelled into finished garments. Subsidiary Ekoten Fabrics has manufactured circular knit fabrics since 2000 for clothing, technical textiles, medical wear and sportswear. Sun Tekstil is vertically integrated with its own jersey fabric mill.

Monthly capacity is 470,000 pairs (350,000 adult, 120,000 children’s). Operations sit on a central digital network; both small runs and large-volume orders are taken.
