Jacquard Webbing

Dokuteks jacquard webbings are produced to meet the needs of the relevant institutions in accordance with applicable regulations. They are offered in different colours and patterns, and in different length and width options. Isocover 3-Layer Roof Underlayment

Isocover is an under-tile membrane for pitched tiled roofs against driving rain, storm and snow-melt leakage. Construction is a 3-layer stack: two polypropylene nonwoven layers with a breathable film between them. Heat and water insulation, sound absorption, no chromium or heavy metals, vapour discharge from the building and prevention of damp are published. It keeps rain out while allowing air circulation to reduce rot and heat loss; application groups include breathable roof/façade underlays, vapour barriers, wet-room and foundation membranes.

Spunlace

Spunlace is a nonwoven made by hydroentanglement (high-pressure water jets locking fibres), used for wet wipes and disposable medical textiles. The line produces 25–150 g/m² at widths up to 320 cm. Four pattern groups are plain, honeycomb, perforated and printed; fibres are cotton, viscose, polyester or blends. Particle-free, liquid-repellent or absorbent, soft, stiff, elastic and colour combinations are made to order. Medical uses include plasters, gauze, bandages, gowns and wipes; also hygiene and cleaning cloths.

Nonwoven Spunbond

Nonwoven is a technical textile formed by bonding fibres with heat, mechanics or chemicals, not woven or knitted. Basal spunbond is 100% polypropylene, fully recyclable and heat-resistant to 90°C, with hydrophobic and hydrophilic types and optional UV stabilizer. Weight 10–160 g/m², widths 260 cm and 160 cm, thermal calender bonding; hydrophilic, anti-static, UV stabilizer and about 25 standard colours. Medical uses include bonnets, masks, gowns, stretcher covers and sterile wraps; also insulation, agriculture, promotional bags, furniture and automotive seat covers.

Narrow Weaving

Spunbond combinations include hydrophilic, anti-static, UV stabilizer, hydrophobic/hydrophilic and about 25 colours; spunlace 25–150 g/m² up to 320 cm in four pattern groups is made to customer need.
