Ground-Mount GES Steel Structures

Ground-mount GES tables use driven or concrete-anchored posts with cold-formed galvanized C and U (Sigma, Plus) sections. On soft clay, galvanized C piles are rammed; on rock, posts are anchored to concrete pads. Purlin and post holes are punched to the module size (e.g. 545 W or 600 W) for kit assembly. Telescopic bolted feet and 3-5 cm oval slots take up slope. Single-axis tracker tables are also engineered and fabricated; on hillsides each row post length is calculated for stepped (terrace) layout facing south at the design tilt (e.g. 25-30 degrees).

62x41 C Profile

The 62x41 C profile is a deep-web carrier with Ix 7.82 cm⁴. Section A 41 mm, B 62 mm, C 12 mm lip. Thickness 1.8–3 mm; pregalvanized weights 2.48 kg/m at 1.80 mm, 2.74 kg/m at 2.00 mm, 3.38 kg/m at 2.50 mm and 4.02 kg/m at 3.00 mm. Grades S250GD, S350GD, DX51D; coating TS EN 10346 Z275 pregalvanized or TS EN ISO 1461 hot-dip. Used as module purlins on wide-span ground-mount plants and as long-span roof rails under high snow/wind load. Packed 40 pcs/bundle; stock 4.2–7.2 m and cut-to-length 1,000–12,000 mm.

ISOGROUND TWO Ground Mounting System

ISOGROUND TWO is ISOTEC’s dual-post, fixed-tilt ground-mount PV structure. It is offered in steel–steel (SS) and steel–aluminium (SA) variants and can be fixed by ramming, concreting or above-concrete anchors. Carrying members use EN 10346 ZM-coated steel (S350GD + ZM310); SA purlins are Aluminium 6063-T66; fasteners are stainless A2-70. Module layouts: 2/3 portrait or 4/5 landscape; panel L 1,500–2,500 mm, W 990–1,330 mm, H 30–45 mm, tilt 10°–30°. Designed to Eurocode 0/1/3, TS 498 and TBDY 2018; 25-year design life (C3/C4).

Steel Fabrication and Erection

For warehouses, hangars, factories, workshops and industrial steel buildings, architectural design, TBDY 2018 structural calculation, Tekla shop drawings (NC/DXF), shop cutting/drilling/welding and site erection are handled in-house. Heavy plants include 10-20 t crane-runway design; logistics sheds use 30-40 m clear spans. Fabrication follows EN 1090 and CE marking, with mill certificates and NDT reports for export, as bolted kits packed to 40' HC container or trailer dimensions.

Steel and Aluminium Fabrication

Steel and aluminium manufacturing is listed among ISOTEC’s services. On ISOGROUND TWO SS, all carrying members are ZM-coated high-strength steel; on SA, purlins are Aluminium 6063-T66 and can be cut and joined on site with connectors. Table lengths are factory-cut from the project static report. Roof and ground PV mounting systems are produced at the Dilovası/Kocaeli İMES OSB plant.
